1. WHAT OXANABOL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Oxandrolone is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone by substituting 2nd carbon atom for oxygen (O). It has exceptionally small level of androgenicity accompanied by moderate anabolic effect. Although oxandrolone is a 17-α alkylated steroid, its liver toxicity is very small as well. Oxandrolone suppresses gonadotropic functions of the pituitary and may exert a direct effect upon the testes.
Anabolic steroid: Reverses catabolic processes and negative nitrogen balance by promoting protein anabolism and stimulating appetite if there is concurrently a proper intake of calories and proteins.
Oxandrolone is used in adjunctive therapy to promote weight gain after weight loss following extensive surgery, chronic infections, or severe trauma, and in some individuals who, without definite pathophysiologic reasons, fail to gain or maintain healthy weight; to offset protein catabolism associated with prolonged administration of corticosteroids; for relief of bone pain frequently accompanying osteoporosis.
Oxandrolone is mainly used for the fast gain of muscles. This is a steroid used in the medical circles as well to regenerate muscles that have been burnt or wasted by disease. Since it has fewer side effects compared to other kinds of steroids, oxandrolone helps burn victims to heal faster. Oxandrolone is also used to decrease muscle loss caused by treatment with corticosteroids and to reduce bone pain associated with osteoporosis.
For the women who fear to develop male physical features, oxandrolone ensures that you do not have them when using this steroid. Oxandrolone is an excellent fat burner and good for muscle packing in the upper arms, abdomen and thighs. The weight gain from oxandrolone is permanent, although it is gained a little at a time.
2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE OXANABOL
DO NOT USE OXANABOL:
• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of this medicine
Do not use if the above applies to you. If you are not sure do not use this medicine. Talk to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist before using OXANABOL.
3. HOW TO USE OXANABOL
The tablets should be swallowed preferably with a drink of water. Oxandrolone can be taken with or without food. It is important to take Oxandrolone regularly to get the most benefit. The usual dose is 2.5 - 20 mg per day in 2 to 4 divided doses.
HOW LONG SHOULD YOU USE OXANABOL FOR?
Use OXANABOL for as long as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
IF YOU FORGET TO USE OXANABOL:
• If you forget to take OXANABOL, take it as soon as you remember.
• Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
• Known or suspected carcinoma of the prostate or the breast in men; carcinoma of the breast in women with hypercalcemia; pregnancy; nephrosis or nephrotic phase of nephritis; hypercalcemia.
• May increase edema in patients with this condition.
• May increase sensitivity to oral anticoagulant, necessitating a reduction in anticoagulant dosage.
• Adverse reactions for this medication are changes in libido; depression; excitation; habituation; insomnia; acne (especially in women and prepubertal boys); hirsutism, male pattern baldness in women; deepening of the voice in women, hair loss, facial hair growth, clitoral enlargement, or menstrual irregularities (female patients); frequent or persistent erections, or breast tenderness or enlargement (male patients).
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This include any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.
5. HOW TO STORE OXANABOL
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Store in a cool dry place at controlled room temperature 15°-25°C (59°-77°F).
• Protect from moisture, freezing and excessive heat.
• Do not transfer the tablets to another container.
• Do not use this product after the expiry date that is stated in the outer package. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
• Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

WHAT OXANABOL CONTAINS
• OXANABOL consists of 10mg Oxandrolone as active ingredient in each tablet.
OXANABOL package contains 50 tablets.
