1. WHAT TURANABOL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
TURANABOL is anabolic steroid that does not promote water retention and estrogenic side effects. TURANABOL is a slower acting steroid, which produces quality gains. The uasge of TURANABOL will lead to weight, strength and muscle mass increases. These will not be overly dramatic, but they will be of good quality.
Anabolic steroid: Reverses catabolic processes and negative nitrogen balance by promoting protein anabolism and stimulating appetite if there is concurrently a proper intake of calories and proteins.
TURANABOL is synthetic steroid androgenic preparation with pronounced anabolic effect. The androgenic effects are reduced to minimum at the expense of the anabolic, tissue building effect. The mechanism of action includes inversion of the dominating role of the catabolic processes and the negative nitrogen balance via stimulation of protein synthesis in the organism and appetite stimulation at adequate intake of proteins and calories. As a result, positive nitrogen balance is induced, as well as increased protein content in various organs and tissues (kidneys, heart, muscles), maintains the ions of calcium, phosphor and potassium in optimal ratio, necessary for protein synthesis. It takes part in the process of calcium inclusion in bones. It antagonizes the catabolic effect of glucocorticoids during prolonged treatment. The clinical effect of the preparation is manifested with increased appetite, increased muscle mass with the corresponding weight gain, improvement in the general state of the patient.
Women experienced increased and more severe and sometimes intolerable side effects than male users.
Due to this 4-chloro substitution in the A-Ring of its Steran Nucleus, this drug cannot be aromatized and does not have any typical estrogenic side effects like water retention, acne, gynomastectomy.
The rate of metabolism and urinary excretion of TURANABOL is reasonably fast, even though it is technically eliminated biphastically (in two stages) by the body, with a terminal 16 hr. life. TURANABOL tablets are used after severe infections, operations, labour, cachexia, senile asthenia, X-ray therapy and cytostatic treatment (in lack of contraindications), hypoproteinemia in nephrosis, ulcerous colitis; locomotory system diseases - non-completed osteogenesis, osteoporosis, bone callus stimulation in bone fractures, myopathia, progressive muscular atrophy. In endocrinology - in diencephalohypophyseal insufficiency, chronic adrenal insufficiency, toxic adenom of the thyroid gland. In cardiology - myocardites and rheumatic heart damage.
2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE TURANABOL
DO NOT USE TURANABOL:
• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of this medicine
• Do not use if the above applies to you. If you are not sure do not use this medicine. Talk to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist before using TURANABOL.
3. HOW TO USE TURANABOL
The dosage and duration of treatment are prescribed individually. It is recommended that men should take between 20-40mg TURANABOL every day and women a 5mg every day.
IF YOU FORGET TO USE TURANABOL:
• If you forget to take TURANABOL, take it as soon as you remember.
• Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
In girls and women virilism may occur (some of the changes are irreversible); hypercalcemia in women (depression, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weariness); virilism in adolescents, darkening of the skin; in men– frequent calls of urinations, gynecomastia, priapism, spermatogenesis disturbances; in adult men – hyperplasia or cancer of the prostate.
In men and women – chills; increased or decreased libido; diarrhea; muscle cramps; sleep disturbances; anaemia; ferrous deficiency; edemas; gain weight; stomach discomfort; yellow discolouration of the sclera and skin (liver disfunction); bone pains (leucaemia); easy bleeding; very rarely – liver necrosis.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This include any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.
5. HOW TO STORE TURANABOL
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Store in a cool dry place at controlled room temperature 15°-25°C (59°-77°F).
• Protect from moisture, freezing and excessive heat.
• Do not transfer the tablets to another container.
• Do not use this product after the expiry date that is stated in the outer package. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
• Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

WHAT TURANABOL CONTAINS
• TURANABOL consists of 10mg (4-chloro-17β-hydroxy- 17α-methyl- androst-1,4-dien-3-one) 4-chlorodehy- dromethyltestosterone as an active ingredient in each tablet.
TURANABOL package contains 50 tablets.
